Was braucht es wirklich, um die Startup-Landschaft zu revitalisieren? 💬 📍 Michael Motschmann meint: “Mehr Risikobereitschaft, bitte! Es ist leider ein trauriger Evergreen. Wenn in Deutschland mehr junge, dringend notwendige Startups wachsen sollen, brauchen wir eine viel höhere Risikobereitschaft, nicht nur bei Investoren. Der Weg ist steinig. Die junge potenzielle Gründergeneration muss abgeholt werden, bevor sie in sicherheitsorientierten Denkstrukturen und Komfortzonen feststecken. #Schulen und #Universitäten müssen viel intensiver als heute unternehmerische Werte vermitteln, wie dies die TUM School of Management beispielhaft tut. Früh in die Erziehung gehören Lehrinhalte zu Wirtschaft und Finanzen und die Vermittlung von außergewöhnlichen Leistungen junger Unternehmen. Dafür müssen gestandene Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer ihre Erfahrungen an Schulen erzählen, #Startups können ihre Türen für Schulklassen öffnen, um das Interesse bei jungen Menschen frühzeitig zu wecken. Unser gesamtes Ausbildungssystem braucht ein Update, um Impulse für Risikobereitschaft und Unternehmertum zu geben.
